Abstract

Foto 1.- Hábitat característico de T. betulae en el norte de la provincia de Cáceres. 21-IV-2012. Foto 2.- Para detectar la presencia de la especie se centraron los esfuerzos principalmente en la búsqueda de huevos durante el invierno y al comienzo de la primavera. Sierra de Gata (Cáceres). 18-III-2012. Foto 3.- Primer huevo de T. betulae encontrado en Extremadura tras 40 años sin citas. Se aprecia que el huevo estaba situado en la base de la rama de un endrino y había eclosionado coincidiendo con la floración del mismo. Sierra de Gata (Cáceres). 18-III-2012. Foto 4.- Segundo huevo encontrado de T. betulae sobre endrino, pero esta vez sin eclosionar. Sierra de Gata (Cáceres). 18- III-2012.
