Ebû Dâvud'un Sünen'ine Kaynaklığı Bakımından Mâlik'in Rivâyetleri

Abstract

Ebû Dâvûd bu rivâyetleri, Mâlik’in 14 farklı talebesi yoluyla almıştır. İlgili rivâyetlerin yaklaşık %89’u Abdullâh b. Mesleme tarikiyle nakledilmiştir. Ebû Dâvûd’un Mâlik’ten rivâyette ilk tercihi odur. Ebû Dâvûd, Mâlik’ten hem talebeleri hem talebelerinin talebeleri hem de talebelerinin talebelerinin talebeleri vasıtasıyla hadis nakletmekle birlikte doğrudan onun talebelerinden aldığı rivâyetler, Mâlik’ten aktardığı rivâyetlerin %91’ından fazlasını oluşturmaktadır. Ebû Dâvûd’un Mâlik’ten rivâyetleri Muvatta’ın Leysî, Şeybânî, Zührî, Ka’nebî, Hadesânî, Abdurrahmân b. Kâsım, Abdullâh b. Vehb ve Ali b. Ziyâd rivâyetlerinde araştırıldığında 13’ü hariç kalanının bu nüshalarda yer aldığı görülmüştür. Ebû Dâvûd’un Mâlik’ten yaptığı rivâyetlerin 285’i Yahyâ b. Yahyâ el-Leysî nüshasında yer almaktadır. 4 rivâyet de diğer nüshalarda tespit edilmiştir.

The source of the narrations transmitted by Imām Mālik to al-Kutub as-Sitta is an important issue in terms of history of hadith and literature of hadith. The narrations that narrated by Abū Dāvūd from Mālik in his Sunan also constitute a part of this subject. According to our findings, no independent study has been carried out on this issue until today. Within the scope of this article, Abū Dāvūd's Sunan was scanned from beginning to end in order to clarify the subject, his narrations from Mālik were determined one by one and the following conclusions were reached: Abū Dāvūd narrated 302 narrations from Mālik. Abū Dāvūd received these narrations through 14 different Mālik’s students. About %89 of these narratives was narrated from Abdullāh b. Maslamah (%89). The first preference of Abū Dāvūd in the narration from Mālik is this student of Mālik. Abū Dāvūd narrated hadiths from Mālik through his students and students of their students and students of their stundents, but Abū Dāvūd’s narrations from Mālik his direct students are about %91 of the total narratives from Mālik. Abū Dāvūd’s narrations from Mālik when searched in the narrations of Muwaṭṭa, it was observed that the remaining 13 of them were included in these narrations. Most of the narrations of Abū Dāvūd (285 narrations) from Mālik are located in narration of al-Laysī. 4 narration has been identified in the other copies.
