Croatian Translation of Researcher Mental Health and Well-being Manifesto - Manifest za mentalno zdravlje i dobrobit istraživača

Abstract

ReMO Cost Action je mreža dionika sa svih razina akademske zajednice koja je napisala Manifest za mentalno zdravlje i dobrobit istraživača. U Manifestu se poziva na procjenu načina na koji se mentalno zdravlje i dobrobit istraživača mogu poticati i održavati kroz akcije i inicijative na razini politika, organizacija, zajednica i pojedinaca. Ovim se Manifestom pozivaju svi dionici u istraživačkom ekosustavu da se uključe u razvijanje politika kojima se prate, unaprjeđuju i održavaju dobrobit i mentalno zdravlje u akademskom okruženju, utvrđuju sveobuhvatnije mjere uspjeha i kvalitete te potiču ravnoteža između poslovnog i privatnog života, uključivost i održive akademske karijere koje podržavaju obiteljski život.
