
This folder contains the PyFerret codes (*.jnl files) and Gnuplot codes (*.gp files) used to generate results in the manuscript titled “Amundsen Sea Circulation Controls Bottom Upwelling and Antarctic Pine Island and Thwaites Ice Shelf Melting” in Nature Communications in 2024 by Taewook Park, Nakayama Yoshihiro, SungHyun Nam. To install PyFerret and its Python module, follow the instructions on the PyFerret GitHub page (NOAA/PMEL) at https://github.com/NOAA-PMEL/PyFerret. Run “ferret -script Fig1.jnl” in the terminal to create Figure 1. For Gnuplot, installation details are on its GitHub page at https://github.com/gnuplot/gnuplot. Run “gnuplot Suppl.Fig3a.gp” in the terminal to produce Supplementary Figure 3a.
