Raw dataset for 'Loss of species and functions in a deforested megadiverse tropical forest'

Abstract

This dataset was obtained from Hasui et al. (2018), and used to reach the results from the manuscript "Loss of species and functions in a deforested megadiverse tropical forest", published in Conservation Biology This manuscript is part of the second and fifth Working Packages (WP2 and WP5) of the project ENVIRON_CHANGE, financed by the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Grant Agreement No. 101030199. The aim of the WP2 was to estimate changes in phylogenetic and functional diversities across land use change and describe its temporal dynamics. The WP5 was dedicated to disseminate and communicate the research. Hasui, E., Metzger, J. P., Pimentel, R. G., et al. (2018).
