Abstract

After extractions, cells were cultured in 5% CO2 at 37°C using Williams E media supplemented with 2.24 g/l NaHCO3, 100 U/100 µM penicillin/streptomycin, 100 µM dexamethasone and 2 mM L-glutamine. RNA was isolated using the RNeasy® Mini Kit (Qiagen, 74104) on-column DNA digestion was performed.
