Abstract

Structural dataset are available in this repository: 1) Crystal structure of the I domain from integrin alpha2beta1 from Homo sapiens. https://www.rcsb.org/structure/1aox 2) Structure of the Integrin alpha2beta1-binding Collagen Peptide from Homo sapiens. https://www.rcsb.org/structure/1q7d 3) Crystal structure of alpha5beta1 integrin ectodomain: Atomic details of the fibronectin receptor from Homo sapiens. https://www.rcsb.org/structure/3vi4 4) Also is found the most populated cluster of 3VI4 obtained by molecular dynamics. 5) PSPy ligands used for the molecular docking assays and free energy calculations based on the structure proposed by Kumar et al 2003.
