Abstract

La indiferencia de una sociedad hacia el cuidado del suelo en beneficio de la agricultura alimenta un fenómeno que resulta en el deterioro y la mala conservación del suelo utilizado para la agricultura. Esta investigación se realiza en beneficio de pequeños y medianos agricultores en la parroquia Rural de Mariscal Sucre; misma que propone la creación de una política pública en beneficio de las familias que se dedican a la agricultura en el sector antes mencionado para llevar así una correcta conservación y restauración del suelo en la parroquia rural de Mariscal Sucre. Motivado por esta situación, la presente investigación propone el desarrollo de un método multicriterio neutrosófico para la evaluación del impacto de la propuesta de política pública para la conservación del suelo a través de la formación continua a los pequeños y medianos agricultores. El método propuesto basa su funcionamiento mediante un enfoque multicriterio para la evaluación. La propuesta favorece la recomendación de indicadores para la conservación y restauración de los suelos.
