Abstract

Ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy, texnik, logistika va boshqa texnologik tizimlarning tobora murakkablashib borishi yangi boshqaruv andozalarini yaratishni talab qiladi. Katta hajmdagi ma'lumotlar, jamoalarni masofadan boshqarish zarurati, to'liq bo'lmagan ma'lumotlar sharoitida tezkor qarorlar qabul qilish - bu yangi postindustrial, raqamli iqtisodiyotning muammolari.
