Abstract

La santé numérique regroupe l'ensemble des outils et méthodes informatiques qui soutiennent les activités du système de santé, comme la télésanté, le dossier clinique numérique, les tableaux de bord en temps réel, jusqu'aux interventions thérapeutiques. Les promesses sont majeures, pour un système de santé plus performant, plus transparent, et des soins plus personnalisés. Mais les défis sont majeurs, notamment les coûts, la durabilité des technologies, et les risques d'atteinte à la vie privée. Il devient urgent de proposer des formations à la fois pour le personnel, les gestionnaires, ainsi que les chercheur(e)s, afin de refléter les changements dans l'écosystème. Lors de ce colloque, les compétences clés nécessaires à la transition numérique dans le domaine de la santé ont été discutées à travers des exemples de programmes et des échanges entre expert(e)s. Des pistes d'action pour consolider un écosystème hautement qualifié autour du numérique en santé ont été discutées lors d'une table ronde.
