Abstract

Compte rendu de l'ouvrage collectif sous la direction d'Éric Fourreau réunissant une quarantaine de textes signés par trente-six auteurs. Le livre est composé d’un tiers de textes proprement critiques ou analytiques, c’est-à-dire qui offrent au lecteur des outils conceptuels pour mieux réfléchir sur ce qu’est l’EAC et sur la façon dont elle se développe dans les différentes régions du monde, tandis que le reste de l’ouvrage est fait de textes plus descriptifs. Il serait toutefois injuste de dire de ces derniers qu’ils n’apportent pas d’éléments critiques. Les récits d’expérience sont aussi des « études de cas » au sens large, se penchant sur les particularités de la mise en œuvre de chaque programme et, parfois, sur le contexte historique dans lequel les actions et les politiques d’EAC s’inscrivent.
