Abstract

This data is collected from the labs of Device Materials Group, Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy, University of Cambridge, in which the measurements were taken between June 2018 to July 2019. The data contains the temperature-dependent thermoelectric properties measurements as well as output voltage and power measurements.
