Set of xcel files presenting the data employed in the paper titled: "Effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the Isolated Energy System of Cape Verde" summited to Elsevier's Joint Special Issue on "COVID-19 Energy Impacts: Lockdown impact on Electricity Demand, Power Systems Operation and Pollution Levels".The original sources of the data are all Open Access and cited in the paper.
