This deliverable presents the second version of the exploitation plan and business models of the CAPABLE project. During the last 12 months of the project, the WP8 focused on the definition of the exploitation strategy of the individual partners and on the overall exploitation of the Overall CAPABLE system. WP8 started strategic alliances and activities to pave the road to the final exploitation activities defining a set of action lines based on the innovation and IPR management, the monitoring of KPI, capacity building for the Consortium, a roadmap for commercialization, and stakeholder engagement. The work has been performed in close collaboration with the CAPABLE stakeholder and it has been supported by the Horizon Result booster.
