Introducing the initial release of PyTextureAnalysis, a powerful tool for analyzing the texture of fibrous structures in biological images. This code includes functions for determining the local orientation of fibers, as well as calculating the degree of coherence, a metric for assessing the level of bundling and organization of fibers.
