Diese Vorstudie wurde vom TA-SWISS-Leitungsausschuss in Auftrag gegeben, um die kontroversen Fragen einzugrenzen, die die zunehmende Nutzung von MOOCs in der Schweiz aufwirft. Ziel ist es, unter Berücksichtigung der Unabhängigkeit der Hochschulinstitutionen und der dezentralen Organisation des Bildungswesens in der Schweiz die Risiken und Chancen von MOOCs als soziale Technologie2 abzuklären und herauszuarbeiten, welche Akteure an der Entwicklung von MOOCs beteiligt sind.
