The Jackson Laboratory (JAX) - Kumar Lab Mouse Strain Survey of Behavior in the Open Field Arena (Video Dataset)

Abstract

A video library of mouse behavior in the open field. We test genetically diverse mouse strains. This dataset can be used for computational ethology based analysis of animal behavior.

This dataset contains data that overlaps multiple publications. Tags are used to easily select an individual publication subset.
