Abstract

Motivades pel tema de Gestió de Qualitat Total (GQT) i la seva aplicació en Infermeria hem vist en el treball d'investigació la possibilitat d'endinsar-nos més profundament en aquest camp. Tenint en compte les directrius generals que marca la nostra societat en l'àmbit de la gestió i davant la inexistència de treballs d'investigació en GQT en Infermeria, creiem que els resultats que podem aconseguir seran útils per a la nostra professió i ens agradaría que pogués servir a les direccions d'Infermeria com a eina de fonamentació per llençar-se al canvi. Malgrat tot, sabem que es tracta d'un gran repte.
