Projecte d'un habitatge NZEB

Abstract

Aquest document correspon al treball de fi de grau d’un edifici NZEB (Net Zero Energy Building). L’edifici es troba situat a la localitat de Granollers, es tracta d’un habitatge unifamiliar de planta baixa amb una superfície total construïda de 213,18 m2 i una parcel·la de 532 m2 . En aquest treball s’ha realitzat el disseny d’arquitectura de l’habitatge, el dimensionament d’instal·lacions de l’edifici (fontaneria, sanejament, electricitat, solar tèrmica, terra radiant refrescant, solar fotovoltaica i ventilació mecànica). El disseny i dimensionament de l’edifici s’ha realitzat amb l’objectiu d’aconseguir un balanç d’energia on hi hagi una producció d’energia superior a l’energia requerida. L’edifici s’ha dissenyat per reduir el màxim l’energia requerida optant sempre per les tecnologies i instal·lacions de baix consum energètic. Finalment, s’ha realitzat la simulació energètica amb el programa CERMA v4.2.5 programa acceptat pel ministeri d’energia per la realització de certificats d’eficiència energètica.
