SPK-Connect

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de fin de carrera es la realización de un prototipo que permita dar información complementaria sobre el estado de una máquina de enfardado industrial. Junto con la empresa CONTROLPACK.SL, líder en el sector del “packaging”, se pretende realizar el proyecto SPK-Connect, un proyecto basado en la industria 4.0 que pretende mejorar la eficiencia de la empresa y a la vez satisfacer al cliente. En el siguiente trabajo hablaremos de la empresa CONTROLPACK.SL para poder entender el propósito del SPK-Connect. De la misma manera, veremos los antecedentes y como se pretende abordar el problema que se nos plantea. Veremos cómo podemos integrar conceptos tan innovadores en la industria como es el “Internet de las cosas” y la nombrada “Industria 4.0”, todo ello con la finalidad de hacer una industria basada en el Lean Management. Para la creación del primer prototipo del SPK-Connect, realizaremos una pequeña simulación de un ciclo de enfardado de una máquina automática de enfardado de palets. Para hacer dicho prototipo, trabajaremos con el ya conocido Arduino, una plataforma que nos permitirá ejecutar las instrucciones que necesitemos, así como todos los sensores y componentes que requerimos. Este trabajo de fin de grado pretende ser la chispa que se necesita para poder llevar acabo a nivel industrial el SPK-Connect.
