Residencia de estudiantes en la Meridiana

Abstract

El proyecto propone la construcción de una residencia de estudiantes en el cruce de la Avenida Meridiana con la calle Garcilaso, en un solar donde antes se encontraba el Instituto Guttmann. Con un entorno de diferentes tipologías y alturas edificatorias, el proyecto trata de resolver la manzana a nivel de alturas y dar solución al callejón trasero existente, utilizando las unidades habitacionales como unidad compositiva.
