Abstract

La cuestión planteada es el reconocimiento vía exequátur tramitado de conformidad con la antigua LEC art. 956 del laudo arbitral dictado por árbitros ingleses en el marco de una póliza de fletamento por viaje ASBATANKVOY, a favor de la entidad armadora de nacionalidad italiana y en contra de la fletadora mercantil de nacionalidad española, que se opuso a dicho reconocimiento, negando la existencia de sumisión a arbitraje.
