Abstract

En la actualidad, dado el amplio arsenal terapéutico del que disponemos, la actividad farmacéutica debe centrarse en realizar un buen seguimiento farmacoterapéutico y mejorar su labor asistencial, mediante la oferta de diversos servicios. En este estudio, nos hemos centrado en analizar los sistemas personalizados de dosificación, que consisten proporcionar al paciente un pastillero semanal con toda la medicación prescrita para esa semana. Estos sistemas nos permiten realizar un buen seguimiento, mejorando así la adherencia terapéutica del paciente y su calidad de vida. Siendo fundamental para cumplir este objetivo la cooperación del farmacéutico con el médico y los demás profesionales sanitarios.
