¿Por qué no se emiten cuotas participativas?

Abstract

Las cuotas participativas de las cajas de ahorros no se utilizan. Las razones son que su regulación es compleja, insegura y defectuosa. En consecuencia, es necesario mejorar su regulación. Participating shares of savings banks are not used. The reasons are that their regulation is complex, uncertain and defective. In consequence, it’s necessary to improve their regulation.
