Abstract

Si te acercas a Barcelona puedes asomarte a La Pedrera y disfrutar de un festín para la vista..., que además no engorda. "No siempre los distintos órganos de los sentidos actúan por separado, aislados unos de otros; en numerosas ocasiones, por el contrario, existen fluctuaciones, fronteras imprecisas, entre unos y otros. De hecho, la equivalencia entre el placer en la boca y el placer estético configuró el término gusto para describir las reacciones frente a las obras de arte. El ojo, por lo tanto, puede actuar como una boca, tal y como señala oportunamente la expresión popular "comer con los ojos". La naturaleza muerta, ese extraño y peculiar género de la pintura, fue durante siglos el plato preferido de este ojo glotón que no dejó de saciarse ni con los paupérrimos alimentos de las vanguardias ni con la aparición de otros procedimientos, como la fotografía o el video, que se han encargado de prolongar y renovar, sorprendentemente, la vida de una naturaleza no tan muerta".
