La mayor relevancia del Auto 29/2015 del TSJ de Andalucía radica, a efectos doctrinales, en la delimitación adecuada que hace el Tribunal sobre la finalidad y alcance de la etapa de reconocimiento de un laudo arbitral extranjero.
