Abstract

Desde hace unos años la denominada Economía de Plataformas ha crecido rápidamente y son muchas las cuestiones e incertidumbres que plantea para el Derecho, también para el Derecho del Trabajo. En este contexto global, abordemos dos cuestiones: una relacionada con el Derecho de la Unión Europea y otra relacionada con la respuesta judicial en alguno de los países europeos.
