Conexiones feministas transnacionales. El activismo feminista de la nueva emigración española

Abstract

Este capítulo aborda la influencia que ha tenido la eclosión de ola feminista en España durante los últimos años en los movimientos sociales y políticos formados por la nueva generación de emigrantes españoles/as en los países de destino. Concretamente, analizamos cómo surgieron durante la última década en las ciudades de Edimburgo (Reino Unido) y París (Francia) diversos procesos organizativos de emigrantes españolas que iniciaron una lucha activa por denunciar formas de violencia y reivindicar una politicidad transnacional de mujeres que pone en cuestión estructuras patriarcales de poder en diferentes escalas – local, nacional, trasnacional. En este contexto, desde una perspectiva etnográfica, nos interesa conocer quiénes protagonizan y cómo son estas luchas, así como las formas de estructurar y fortalecer un movimiento reivindicativo en el espacio transnacional vinculado a distintas problemáticas y múltiples manifestaciones del activismo feminista español y europeo.
