Criminalidad organizada vinculada al tráfico de drogas : vínculos, confianza y socialización secundaria como elementos vertebradores en su persistencia. Un estudio empírico sobre un grupo criminal real

Abstract

Las organizaciones criminales se enfrentan constantemente a fuerzas perturbadoras que amenazan su integridad y, a pesar de ello, continúan mostrándose claramente eficientes. Las nuevas manifestaciones de la criminalidad organizada en forma de resilientes y fluidas redes de relaciones, lejos de las tradicionales estructuras rígidas, monolíticas y fuertemente jerarquizadas propias de la mafia o los cárteles, parecen contribuir a esta supervivencia, dando lugar a que en su seno emerja una particular lógica de relaciones con vistas a cubrir necesidades de seguridad y eficiencia que han de complementarse gracias a la confianza como elemento integrador entre ambas, vertebrando las relaciones sociales que en ellas se establecen y que se conforman como un canal de transmisión de argumentaciones tolerantes con la desviación de la norma que justifican la actividad criminal minimizando o relativizando su trascendencia bajo ciertos supuestos. Emergen así los tres pilares sobre los que se construye la presente investigación: lógica de los vínculos, confianza y socialización...
