Abstract

El trabajo de los profesionales con las familias acogedoras y adoptivas plantea algunas especificidades que, incorporadas al marco de la intervención personalizada desde las diversas disciplinas y contextos, resultan indispensables para un abordaje de calidad. Lo expuesto es un breve trabajo de reflexión que va desde las motivaciones iniciales y la formación / preparación en el encuadre de la relación de ayuda desde el acompañamiento para empoderar y el estímulo de factores de resiliencia familiar.

El treball dels professionals amb les famílies acollidores i adoptives planteja algunes especificitats que, incorporades al marc de la intervenció personalitzada des de les diverses disciplines i contextos, resulten indispensables per a un abordatge de qualitat. El que s’exposa és un breu treball de reflexió que va des de les motivacions inicials i la formació/preparació a l’enquadrament de la relació d’ajuda des de l’acompanyament per empoderar i l’estímul de factors de resiliència familiar.

Professional work with foster and adoptive families presents some essential specificity in quality when incorporated to the framework of personalized intervention from different disciplines and contexts. This article is a brief observation that goes from initial motivations and training/preparation to the framing of the helping relation from the backing to empower and stimulate familiar resilience.
