Comparación de la bupivacaina isobárica con la bupivacaina hiperbárica en anestesia regional para cesárea en gestantes del Hospital Manuel Nuñez Butron de Puno, año 2020

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la eficacia de la bupivacaina isobárica en comparacion a la bupivacaina hiperbárica en anestesia regional para cesarea en gestantes del hospital Manuel Núñez Butron de Puno en el año 2020. Metodología: El tipo de estudio será experimental, analítico y prospectivo; de diseño ensayo clínico controlado aleatorizado simple; la población estará constituida por las gestantes que tengan la indicación de cesarea, en el servicio de gineco obstetricia del hospital Manuel Núñez Butron de Puno, en el periodo de julio a diciembre del 2020; no se realizará cálculo de tamaño de muestra; se conformaran 2 grupos, a un grupo se le administrara bupivacaina isobárica y al otro bupivacaina hiperbárica, la selección de las pacientes para cada grupo será en forma randomizada; se aplicará anestesia subaracnoidea; el bloqueo motor se determinará según la Escala de Bromage, el nivel sensitivo se evaluara por la sensibilidad al frío con acetona; el dolor de evaluará con la escala Visual Analógica; en el recién nacido se evaluara el Apgar al minuto y 5 minutos; para recojo de datos se usará una ficha de recolección de datos preelaborada, validada por juicio de expertos; para el análisis estadístico los datos serán ingresados a una base de datos SPSS ver. 21; se trabajará con un nivel de confianza de 95% y una significativa de 5%; para determinar la homogeneidad de las variables se aplicará la prueba de Kolmogorov-Smirnov; para el análisis de las variables cuantitativas se determinará la media, desviación estándar, rango, t Student, análisis de correlación de Pearson, y regresión lineal; para el análisis de las variables cualitativas se utilizará el Riesgo Relativo (RR) y la prueba exacta de Fisher; se tomara el consentimiento informado de la paciente.
