Desarrollo Rural Integral Sostenible

Abstract

A pesar que el índice de electrificación se ha incrementado en nuestro país, existen amplias zonas que se encuentran aisladas del desarrollo por falta de energía eléctrica. Se ha tenido un Estado ausente en las zonas rurales, con una exclusión social que no hace partícipes del crecimiento económico ni del desarrollo a vastos sectores de la población, generando espacios para la generación de conflictos sociales.
