Modelo de calidad para la gestión de proyectos de software en microempresas

Abstract

Se tomó como génesis del modelamiento de gestión en proyectos propuesto por el PMI (Project Management Institute) en su guía de PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowleged) 5ta. Edición, de manera adicional el PRINCE2 y SCRUM. La determinación de los procesos, los procedimientos, las técnicas y las herramientas se basaron en estándares de clase mundial de las pruebas de software como: ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board), Advanced Level for the Test Manager, ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 Software Testing Standard, Business Driven Test Process Improvement ( TPI-Next ) y Test Maturity Model Integration ( TMMi ). Se propuso una arquitectura en pruebas de software basada en artefactos de desarrollo, de gestión y componentes técnicos de pruebas a software en arquitecturas de críticas como SOA, Mobile, Cloud Computing o la integración de estas. Para respaldar la efectividad del modelamiento, se han incluido las opiniones expertas de profesionales en el ámbito de las pruebas y calidad de software a nivel nacional e internacional. Finalmente se efectuará una evaluación del impacto en la mejora de los procesos y procedimientos en gestión de proyectos de calidad de software, producto de la utilización de un modelamiento propuesto por parte de una microempresa peruana productora de software: ARWEBSYSTEMS SAC. La evaluación se llevó a cabo gracias a la aplicación de dos modelos internacionales de evaluación del mejoramiento de gestión en pruebas de software: el Systematic Test and Evaluation Process ( STEP ) y el Critical Testing Process ( CTP ).
