Programa de terapia racional emotiva conductual para el desarrollo del clima social familiar en la institución educativa “Constantino Carvallo”

Abstract

El presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal aplicar un programa de terapia racional emotiva conductual, basado en la dinámica del proceso de la terapia racional emotiva conductual para el desarrollo del clima social familiar de los estudiantes de la institución educativa “Constantino Carvallo” del distrito de Reque. Se estableció como una investigación mixta, buscando diagnosticar el estado actual de la dinámica del proceso estudiado y posteriormente aplicar un programa para transformar sobre los resultados obtenidos, para el proceso de diagnóstico se utilizó la escala de clima social familiar adaptada para estudiantes y padres de familia, con la validación correspondiente por un experto, se aplicó a 59 colegiales de instrucción secundaria y a sus padres, madres o apoderados, constituyendo la muestra de la presente investigación. Se obtuvo como resultados que los estudiantes perciben un desfavorable clima social familiar, resultado que tiene concordancia con lo expuesto por los padres o madres de familia. A raíz de ello, se aplicó un programa de terapia racional emotiva conductual para el desarrollo del clima social familiar, la aplicación del programa evidencia una mejora evolutiva en los estudiantes, siendo que el 27.1% percibe su clima social familiar con tendencia a ser favorable mientras que el 23.37% lo percibe favorable.
