Bupivacaina más fentanilo versus bupivacaina más morfina peridural como analgesia posoperatoria en cesareadas Hospital Policía Nacional del Perú Luis Nicanor Sáenz 2020 - 2021

Abstract

La cesárea se posiciona como una de las principales causas de dolor posoperatorio en las mujeres en edad fértil, a consecuencia de la lesión de tejidos y órganos (nocicepción) y de la influencia de modificaciones hormonales y emocionales propias del embarazo, sobre la experiencia sensorial (multidimensionalidad). A pesar de que la ocurrencia de este tipo de dolor es considerada un suceso fisiológico, su alivio inapropiado puede traducirse en la emersión de una serie de eventos nocivos para la salud de la madre, ya que suscita perturbaciones neuroendocrinas que albergan respuestas de la hipófisis y las glándulas adrenales, y que pueden generar problemas cardiovasculares, gastrointestinales, respiratorios y a nivel del sistema nervioso central.
