Salud mental y desempeño laboral en personal de un centro de salud - Chimbote

Abstract

El objetivo de estudio fue establecer la relación que existe entre la salud mental y el desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de un centro de salud en Chimbote, 2021. Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, alcance correlacional - descriptivo. Para este estudio la muestra fue de treinta colaboradores, para evaluar la primera variable de estudio, se utilizó el cuestionario de salud mental adaptado de Lluch (1999) el cual constó de 31 preguntas; y para la segunda variable fue “La ficha observacional de desempeño laboral” adaptado de Gilbert (2003) el mismo que constó de 31 preguntas. Resultados, se identificó que el personal se mantuvo con un status medio de un 53.3%, el estatus alto con un 43.3 y bajo con un porcentaje de 3.3%, respecto al análisis de niveles de la salud mental. Mientras que, el personal encuestado manifestó un desempeño laboral alto de 60.0%, mediano de 36.7% y bajo en 3.3%. Se concluye que, no existe correlación significativa entre ambas variables (p>0.05). Esto significa que no hay evidencia suficiente para rechazar la hipótesis nula para este estudio.
