The importance of the organizational health has become more important both in service and health sectors. The aim of this study was to refer the importance of gradually increasing organizational health in health care services and by evaluating it, it was focused on healthy and unhealthy organizations, and inner organisational health's importance was revealed. Thesis is created by following an historian method and literature review technique.In the service sector, to be able to measure the matching level of service quality and the customer expectations could be obtained by an healthy organisational scheme among the staff itself and between the personnel and the customers who works for contributing to the increasing of the total quality, strengthening and becoming a reputable brandmark. In this paperwork, solely the study of health services have been addressed, so the quality of service in health and medical services, properties of health services are often mentioned.
Örgüt sağlığının önemi, hizmet sektöründe ve sağlık sektöründeki hizmetlerde önemli süreçler haline gelmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı giderek önemi artan örgütsel sağlığın sağlık hizmetlerinde ne kadar önemli ve etkilerini değerlendirerek sağlıklı ve sağlıksız örgütler üzerinde durulmuş ve örgüt içi örgütsel sağlığın önemi anlatılmıştır. Tez, tarihçi bir metod ve kaynak taraması tekniği ile gerçekleşmiştir. Hizmet sektöründe özellikle sağlık hizmetlerinde verilen hizmet seviyesinin müşteri beklentileri ile ne kadar iyi eşleştiğinin ölçülmesi, sağlık işletmelerinin kalitesinin büyümesi, güçlenmesi ve marka haline gelebilmesi için çalışan personelin, personelle ve müşteri ile arasındaki örgütsel bağın sağlıklı olması ile elde edilir. Çalışmada sadece sağlık hizmetleri ele alınmış, bu nedenle sağlıkta hizmet kalitesi ve sağlık hizmetleri, sağlık hizmetlerinin özellikleri açıklamalarına sıklıkla yer verilmiştir.
