Abstract

Organizasyonlardaki yönetim anlayışlarında en önemli sermaye insan gücü ve zekasıdır. Yönetim mekanizmalarında insan faktöründen en etkili ve en verimli şekilde yararlanılması için performans değerlendirme sistemi devreye girmektedir. Performans değerlendirme,personelin istenen düzeyde üretkenliğini sağlamada ve firmanın toplumdaki işlevini sorunsuz yerine getirmede vazgeçilmez bir öneme sahiptir.Çalışmada,tarihçi metot ve literatörlerin inceleme tekniğle gerçekleştirilmiştir.Değerlendirme kriterleri iyi seçilmiş, iyi planlanmış ve ehil kişiler tarafından yapılan bir performans değerlendirmenin sonuçları personel seçimi, ücret, kariyer, eğitim gibi bir çok alanda kayda değer işlevlere sahiptir.Personel değerlendirme sisteminin süreci, olumlu ve olumsuz özellikleri, amaçları, kullanım araçlarındandır. Öyle ki, insan kaynakları yönetiminin her bir fonksiyonu üzerinde liderliğin doğrudan etkileri bulunmaktadır. Dolayısıyla, bu iki husus iç içe geçen özellikleri taşımaktadır.

Labor force and human intelligence are the most crucial funds for management mentality of organizations. Being used the performance evaluation system for taking advantage of human factors most efficiently on managementmechanism.Performance evaluation is extremely important for employees' reproductivity and companies'func- tionality. This study shows us the techniques of historical methods and literatures.If performance evaluation is well-selected, well-planned and prepared by true person in terms of evaluation criteria will affect significant results of personel selec- tion, salary, career and education. The process, positive or nagative features and pur-poses of staff evaluation system belongs to its usage instruments. So much so that you have direct influence over your leadership of human resources. Hence, these two aspects bear intertwined characteristics.
