Investigation of rotary sprayers for boom sprayers

Abstract

Химическата растителна защита е и ще продължава да бъде основен фактор в съвременно-то земеделие. Разходите за нейното провеждане са значителни и всяко тяхно намаляване има ефект, както в икономически така и в екологичен аспект. Значителна част от тях са следствие и на неудачно подбрани технически средства и технологии съобразени с конк-ретните условия. Един от основните методи за намаляване замърсяването на околната сре-да и повишаване ефективността на растителнозащитните мероприятия е използването на оптимално капково покритие съобразено с условията и неприятеля. За постигане на тази цел са анализирани опръскващите системи, методите на разпръскване и техническите средства, които реализират разпръскването. Препоръчват се като подходящи за нашите условия растителнозащитните машини реализиращи технологията на контролирано капко-во покритие. Установено е влиянието на параметрите на процеса на разпръскване и конст-руктивните характеристики на ротационните разпръсквачи върху напречното разпределе-ние на работната течност. Обоснована е възможността за използване на разходни норми реализиращи ефективна растителна защита при минимални екологически последствия и финансови разходи. Обосноваван е оптимален режим на работа и разположение на ротаци-онни разпръсквачи към щангова пръскачка в зависимост от конструкцията на разпръсквача. Обоснована е технология и техническо средство за работа по технологията за контро-лирано капково покритие.

Chemical plant protection is and will continue to be a major factor in modern agriculture. The costs of its implementation are significant and any reduction has an effect, both economically and environmentally. A significant part of them are a consequence of unsuccessfully selected technical means and technologies in accordance with the specific conditions. One of the main methods for reducing environmental pollution and increasing the effectiveness of plant protection measures is the use of optimal drip coverage in accordance with the conditions and the enemy. To achieve this goal, the spraying systems, the spraying methods and the technical means that implement the spraying are analyzed. The plant protection machines implementing the technology of controlled drip coating are recommended as suitable for our conditions. The influence of the parameters of the spraying process and the design characteristics of the rotary sprinklers on the transverse distribution of the working fluid has been established. The possibility to use cost norms implementing effective plant protection with minimal environmental consequences and financial costs is justified. The optimal mode of operation and location of rotary sprayers to the boom sprayer depending on the design of the sprayer is justified. Technology and technical means for work on the technology for controlled drip coating are substantiated.
