In questa mia tesi di laurea sono affrontati argomenti quali antropocene, cambiamenti climatici e diritti umani: ogni uno di questi argomenti ha come punto focale le iniziative e le operazioni messe in atto dall' Organizzazione delle Nazioni Unite e relativi stati facenti parte ad essa, per poter moltiplicare gli effetti positivi delle norme in vigore e al contempo correre ai ripari laddove tali direttive non siano efficaci.

In this thesis of mine, topics such as the anthropocene, climate change and human rights are addressed: each one of these topics has as its focal point the initiatives and operations implemented by the United Nations Organization and related states belonging to it, to be able to multiply the positive effects of the rules in force and at the same time take measures where these directives are not effective.
