Sanallaşmanın toplum hayatına etkileri

Abstract

In today’s world, the choices of methods of consuming are changed due to fast developing technology and ease of Access to owning technologic tools. Tradititonal and tactile choices are replaced with online consumption choices that start with an e- prefix ( e- commerce, egovernment, e- shopping, e- mail, etc.). Consumption chocices that are mentioned here consist of material /physical needs of people as well as spiritual needs (communication needs, friendship, travel, hobby activities, etc.). Human relations started to change direction and evolved to a different dimension. These social relations are called “virtualization” in our study. The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of virtualization to social life. Case study method is preferred among other qualitative research techniques. Document examination and survey forms are used as data collection tools. Description, uncovering themes and patterns, and comparative analysis is used for data analysis.
