Abstract

Con el ánimo de hacer un estudio serio y consciente, del que a nuestro parecer constituye un punto delicado y de mucha importancia en nuestra Legislación Civil de Familia como es la ADOPCION, hemos querido abarcar en forma global lo que es "el procedimiento para la adopción en nuestra legislación civil", titulo de nuestro trabajo. La adopción es tan antigua como la humanidad. Con todo, su razón de ser, los objetivos que está llamada a cumplir, su estimulo o des favorecimiento, expresado en los requisitos trámites y efectos que han cambiado en movimiento pendular a través de la historia. Realmente este tema ha sido muy tratado, pero trataremos de combinarlo con la practica, algunas estadísticas y opiniones personales de jueces de familia y defensores de familia.
