Abstract

Escogí como tema para mi tesis de grado, "El salario" tema ampliamente discutido en todas las sociedades capitalistas y punto fundamental, pudiéramos decir, que sirve como basamento a la gran burguesía explotadora que ante todo busca la ganancia a costa del trabajo obrero. Es así, como en la práctica se ha visto que una vez presentado un pliego de peticiones por parte de un sindicato de trabajadores para conseguir un aumento de salario, que a el postre no alcanza para subvenir a las necesidades primarias de cada trabajador, hay que emprender una verdadera osadía, a la gran intransigencia de los patronos, verdaderos ostentadores del poder político y económico. Pero considero que esta intransigencia es fundamental para crear conciencia de las clases y buscar las contradicciones necesarias a fin, de llegar a una nueva etapa como es la socialista donde el poder no lo va a ostentar esta burguesía sino el proletariado donde no exista en forma muy sangrienta la explotación del hombre por el hombre, creando consigo salarios de hambre; sino una nueva forma de vivir donde no existan diferencias de clases, con igualdad de condiciones y prioridades para todos los asociados.
