Abstract

Bu araştırmanın sonunda bakışlarımızı çevirmemiz ve dikkat etmemiz gereken en mühim nokta, dînî hüküm bildiren sünnet-ler ile bildirmeyen, yahut da bütün zaman ve mekanları kapsa-yan ile kapsamayan sünnetleri birbirinden ayırabilmek için ko-nunun etraflıca tetkik edilip incelenmesinin gerektiğidir. Böylesi bir çalışma Hz. Peygamber’in devlet başkanı sıfatına dayanarak ortaya koyduğu söz ve eylemleri ile böyle olmayanları ayırmak içi de yapılmalıdır.
