Abstract

“De manera muy particular, al construir y estudiar modelos matemáticos comprendidos por un gran número de agentes económicos interactuantes la Econofísica pretende estudiar el comportamiento económico de los humanos y comparte una base común con la modelación basada en agentes y la simulación computacional. Podemos entonces comenzar el estudio de los procesos económicos desde el comportamiento estadístico de los seres humanos representados como agentes en un sistema, suponiendo que todas las creaciones de los mercados actuales no existen, tomando en consideración únicamente el intercambio de bienes entre individuos. Entonces, en esta tesis se presenta la construcción de un modelo matemático computacional basado en agentes que reduce el comportamiento global de la economía a un proceso simple: el intercambio de bienes, riqueza o dinero entre agentes individuales, con el objetivo de que el comportamiento estadístico que emerja del modelo coincida, de manera cualitativa, con el observado en la economía real. Debido a que el objeto de estudio se encuentra en el área de estudio de la Econofísica, pero más ampliamente en el de los Sistemas Complejos, en el siguiente Capítulo presentamos una breve introducción a la Ciencia de los Sistemas Complejos y describimos las técnicas de Modelación Basada en Agentes y de Redes Complejas."
