Desafíos e impactos ambientales del uso energético, 2011

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo plantear, a partir del desempeño energético del 2011 -descrito en la Sección A de este Informe- cómo se dan las interacciones y procesos que enmarcaron las decisiones y acciones, cuáles son sus resultados más significativos en cuanto a la huella ambiental y la sostenibilidad, y qué capacidades presenta la sociedad para realizar dicha gestión. La metodología de trabajo en torno a los desafíos e impactos ambientales del uso energético en el 2011 incluyó la revisión de estadísticas de las instituciones públicas, documentos y publicaciones, a los cuales tuvo acceso el Investigador y que se han referenciado en la Bibliografía. Además, se dialogó con varios actores del sector energético nacional, público y privado, sobre aquellos aspectos generales que el Investigador ha considerado a fin de responder a las preguntas: ¿Cuál es la situación energética nacional al 2011?, y ¿Cuáles son los principales desafíos que enfrenta el sector energético?
