Abstract

La eficiencia energética del edificio es un factor que, cada vez más, pesa en la elección de una vivienda. Los futuros inquilinos pasarán más de un 40% de sus vidas dentro del hogar. Por eso, además de encontrar una vivienda adaptada a sus circunstancias socioeconómicas, deben encontrar una vivienda que respete una serie de condiciones que aseguren la no degradación de su salud a largo plazo.
