Abstract

Fruto de la adaptación y actualización de la normativa penal española a las exigencias de los cuerpos normativos internacionales en materia de prevención de blanqueo de capitales, en los últimos años se ha producido una expansión desorbitada por parte del Derecho penal en relación a la tipicidad objetiva y subjetiva de las conductas punibles asignadas al delito de blanqueo de capitales.
