Abstract

O presente artigo tem uma assumida vocação programática. Com efeito, mais do que uma análise minuciosa ao Instituto (porque deve ser considerado um Instituto) da responsabilidade social das empresas, pretende ser uma proclamação de interesse jusfilosófica sobre a centralidade da temática no mundo empresarial coevo, procurando alertar consciências, tantas vezes adormecidas pelo fetichismo do consumo e do hedonismo amorfo que amiúde esquece o valor axiológico do Direito e das suas normas. Concomitantemente, procuramos desconstruir lugares comuns carrilar para a esfera pública uma abordagem diferente ao tópico, procurando identificar outros agentes relevantes e uma dimensão teleológica diferente da tradicional.
