Abstract

”Hvilken betydning har relasjonsorientert ledelse for jobbengasjement og ytelse?”. Oppgaven ser på hva ledelse er,spesielt i et relasjonelt perspektiv, og hvordan dette kan knyttes til engasjement og ytelse. Det er tatt i bruk teori og allerede gjennomført forskning på området for å kunne svare på dette,samt kvantitativ metode ved en spørreundersøkelse. Formålet med oppgaven er på ingen måte å generalisere, men derimot å skape en rikere forståelse av hva som oppfattes som god ledelse og hvordan dette kan bidra til å fremme jobbengasjement og ytelse på en arbeidsplass.
